The Store Keeper is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all materials and inventory at the project/site. The role ensures proper storage, timely issuance of materials, documentation accuracy, and coordination with the project/site team.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment as per company standards.
Maintain accurate stock records (inward/outward) in registers or software.
Issue materials to site personnel based on approved requests.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistic teams for timely delivery of materials.
Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies immediately.
Maintain proper labeling, stacking, and safety of materials in the store.
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requisitions when needed.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly stock reports for management.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and housekeeping in the store area.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th/ITI/Diploma/UG Qualification (any discipline).
Experience: 0 to 3 years (experience in construction/industrial projects is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, inventory software preferred).
Good understanding of material management and documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
