Job position : Store Keeper

Experience - 3 years - 7 years

Location - Bandra west

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and safely store all incoming deliveries of food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies. Inspect deliveries for any damage or discrepancies and report them to management for proper recording and reimbursement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using appropriate systems. Perform regular stock audits and physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Manage stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to prevent spoilage and waste.

Storage and Organization:

Ensure all supplies and ingredients are stored in a clean, organized, and safe environment, following food safety standards. Organize the store layout for efficient access and proper storage of goods. Safely handle and dispose of surplus and expired inventory.

Logistics and Compliance:

Coordinate the receiving, storage, and issuance of equipment and supplies. Generate reports and documentation for orders placed and received. Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, safety regulations, and food safety standards.

Cost Control and Reporting:

Track the cost and utilization of inventory to identify potential cost-cutting measures. Meet with department heads to present analysis and reports on inventory usage and costs.

Needed for managing stock counts, calculations, and financial records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
