Maintain and manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and record of all materials, tools, and equipment at the site store.
Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials as per company procedures.
Conduct daily and weekly stock verification to maintain inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with the procurement and project teams for timely material availability.
Inspect and verify materials received against purchase orders, delivery challans, and quality standards.
Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss of materials.
Keep updated records of material stock levels in ERP/manual registers.
Prepare and submit material consumption and stock reports regularly.
Handle returnable and non-returnable materials efficiently and maintain related documentation.
Support in internal and external audits by providing required records and documents.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
Preference for candidates with specialization or certification in Store Management / Inventory Control.
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in construction / infrastructure / EPC projects.
Knowledge of materials used in highway, railway, or industrial construction projects will be an added advantage.
