Job Description
:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials
Maintain accurate stock registers (inward, outward, balance stock)
Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and contractors as per requirement
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials
Track daily material consumption and report shortages or excess stock
Coordinate with purchase and site teams for material requirements
Prevent material damage, loss, or misuse at site
Maintain records such as GRNs, challans, and invoices
Assist during audits and stock verification
