About the Role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented

Store Keeper

to manage day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, issuing, documentation, stock verification, and coordination with production and purchase departments. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and material handling practices.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders. Maintain accurate records of inwards, outwards, and returned material. Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials. Issue materials to production based on Material Issue Slips / Work Orders. Track stock levels and raise timely alerts for reorder / shortages. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits. Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock register, and inventory reports. Coordinate with Purchase for discrepancies, shortages, or damages. Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices are followed. Supervise loading/unloading activities and maintain housekeeping in the store. Manage tools, consumables, spare parts, and safety items. Ensure material safety, protection from damage, and adherence to storage standards.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum

12th Pass / Diploma

in any field (Warehouse or Inventory certification preferred). 2-5 years experience as Store Keeper / Store Executive in manufacturing. Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and barcode-based inventory (preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage physical stock and handle material movement. Knowledge of GRN, material codes, stock ledger, and inventory practices. Good communication and coordination skills.

Schedule

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
