Urgent Opening for Storekeeper

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

:

To take inventory of all store items on periodic basis and to prepare the MIS of the same.

To ensure that all the invoices, challans etc are properly filed in a systematic manner.

To monitor and check for the expiry dates of goods and to keep aside a stock of all expired goods.

To prepare the list of expiry dates of various goods and to ensure the circulation of the list to concerned functional department heads.

To monitor par levels of all items and to maintain the records of the same.

To ensure that all goods arrived are as per the specification of purchase order.

To authorize rejection of damaged, unacceptable or incorrect items.

To ensure that all stores requisitions are authorized by the respective functional department heads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
