The Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and materials, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring the proper organization of the store or warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and materials.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
Organize and label stock in designated storage areas for easy identification and access.
Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low stock or discrepancies.
Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions in inventory management systems.
Perform periodic stock audits and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the store/warehouse area.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures in handling materials.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely supply and dispatch of materials.
Tag and track all stored items with proper identification labels or barcodes.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse clerk, or similar role.
Knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software (e.g., ERP, SAP, Tally) is a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
