Job Title: Store Keeper - Cleanroom Equipment Manufacturing

Location - Manjari, Hadapsar

Salary - 15K - 20K

Qualification - 10th Pass but atleast 18 Years or more

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Store Keeper to manage the inventory and storage of materials used in the manufacturing of cleanroom equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory control, cleanliness compliance, and timely issuance of parts and tools to the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials (stainless steel sheets, HEPA filters, motors, blowers, etc.).

Label and organize materials according to type, project, and batch.

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management software.

Issue materials and components to production as per job orders or material requisition forms (MRFs).

Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Ensure all stored items are kept in a clean, organized, and contamination-free environment.

Maintain traceability of parts used in production for quality control and compliance.

Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly/annual stock audits.

Coordinate with the procurement and production planning teams for inventory planning.

Enforce proper handling and storage of sensitive items like HEPA filters, electrical components, and stainless steel sheets.

Follow safety and cleanliness standards, especially relevant to cleanroom operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in storekeeping or supply chain is a plus.

2+ years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in manufacturing or cleanroom-related industries.

Familiarity with cleanroom equipment parts and technical terminology.

Experience with ERP systems or inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Inventory).

Basic knowledge of ISO 14644 cleanroom classifications is a plus.

Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate loads and handling materials safely. Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Conditions:

Primarily based in a warehouse or storage area with controlled access.

May require handling delicate and high-value cleanroom components.

Regular interaction with procurement, QC, and production departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
