Job Description

Receiving and Inspecting Materials:

Assist in unloading incoming shipments of raw materials and components. Verify the quantity and quality of received items against purchase orders and delivery notes. Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor promptly.

Organizing and Storing Materials:

Properly label and store materials in designated areas within the warehouse. Ensure materials are easily accessible and organized to facilitate efficient retrieval. Maintain a clean and orderly storage environment.

Inventory Management Support:

Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with records. Update inventory logs and report any variances to the supervisor. Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering materials as needed.

Order Preparation and Dispatch:

Pick and pack materials as per production requirements or customer orders. Label and prepare materials for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with logistics for the safe loading and delivery of materials.

Equipment Handling:

Operate warehouse equipment such as crane and hand trucks safely and efficiently.

General Support:

Assist in other warehouse-related tasks as directed by the supervisor. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
