Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Management :

Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and manage inventory control systems.

Receiving and Dispatching :

Receive incoming materials, inspect for damage, and reconcile with purchase orders. Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods, ensuring proper documentation.

Stock Control :

Rotate stock to prevent spoilage or obsolescence, maintain a clean and organized storage area, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Record Keeping :

Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Assisting with Deliveries :

Coordinate with delivery personnel, assist with unloading and loading of materials, and ensure proper storage and handling of goods.

Real Estate industry experience is a must.

SAP system experience will be given preference.

Strong understanding of material handling in residential & commercial projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
