Delicia is a growing restaurant in Malappuram known for quality food and excellent service. We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage our inventory efficiently and support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and store all incoming food items, supplies, and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers/software.
Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen and service areas as per requirement.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages on time.
Ensure proper storage conditions, labeling, and rotation (FIFO method).
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and handle any discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Conduct regular stock audits and assist in monthly inventory.
Prevent wastage, spoilage, and maintain quality by following food safety standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Assistant (restaurant experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of food stock handling, storage, and inventory control.
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/inventory software is an advantage).
Physically fit and able to handle lifting/loading tasks when required.
Responsible, organized, and dependable.
