2. Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving
Receive incoming goods from suppliers
Verify quantity, quality, expiry, and freshness
Match items with Purchase Order
Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Received Note)
Storage
Store items properly in Dry, Chiller, and Freezer areas
Maintain FIFO & FEFO
Keep store neat, clean, and pest-free
Label all items clearly
Issuing
Issue items to departments against approved requisitions
Record all issues in stock registers
Ensure timely and accurate material supply
Stock Control
Maintain daily stock levels
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock counts
Report shortages immediately
Prevent pilferage and wastage
Maintain expiry and damage log
