Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory at all times.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.

Properly store goods and ensure they are issued accurately and on time.

Maintain systematic records of receipts, issues, and returns in the inventory system.

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure safe handling and storage of materials following company standards.

Coordinate with procurement and accounts team regarding shortages, damages, and reorders.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.

Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper documentation.

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the store area.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and store operations.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/Inventory software.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Effective communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Store Keeper/Store Executive in a similar role.

Experience in [Industry, e.g., Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG] will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
