Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers
Issue materials to site staff based on requisitions
Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders to avoid shortages or overstocking
Ensure proper storage and labeling of all materials
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Coordinate with purchase and project teams for timely availability of materials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Identify and report damaged or expired materials
Ensure security of inventory and prevent loss or theft
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a store keeper in the construction industry
Knowledge of construction materials and their specifications
Strong record-keeping and inventory management skills
Familiarity with storekeeping software or MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
