Stores Executive

to manage inventory, material handling, inward/outward tracking, and store documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

inward and outward materials

(raw materials, consumables, finished goods). Maintain

accurate stock records

in ERP / Excel and ensure daily updates. Conduct

material receipt verification

, GRN preparation, and documentation. Coordinate with

production, purchase, and dispatch teams

for material flow. Monitor

stock levels

, plan replenishment, and avoid shortages. Maintain

proper storage, labeling, and FIFO system

. Prepare

daily/weekly store reports

for management review. Handle

physical stock audits

, reconciliation, and variance reporting. Ensure

safe handling

of materials and maintain store hygiene. Assist in

dispatch coordination

, packing, and loading activities when required.

Qualification & Skills Required

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / BBA

(mandatory). Experience:

0-3 years

in Stores / Inventory / Warehouse handling (Manufacturing industry preferred). Good knowledge of

Excel, ERP/Inventory software

, and documentation. Strong communication, discipline, and organizational skills. Physically fit and willing to handle store-related manual tasks.

Male candidates preferred

due to job involving physical material handling.

Job Type: Full-Time Location: Jigani Industrial Area, Bangalore Salary: Based on experience (negotiable)
