Job Opening: Store Executive - MEP Projects (Construction Site Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:
Replenish and manage material inventory as per company guidelines.
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized store as per government regulations.
Manage store layout and supervise store staff.
Receive, unload, and properly shelf all materials.
Handle stock-related activities such as returning, packing, labelling and pricing items.
Inspect incoming deliveries for quantity mismatch or damages and report issues.
Rotate stock regularly and dispose of expired/unused materials.
Manage freight, equipment movement, and proper documentation for purchases.
Generate timely Material Received Reports (MRR).
Maintain accurate monthly stock reports and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance.
Keep inventory allocation organized for both site and warehouse.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in
construction sites / MEP projects
.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple materials, vendors and project demands.
