Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and system reconciliations.
Monitor inventory levels and generate reorder alerts when required.
Ensure correct SKU labeling, batch tracking, and proper storage practices.
2. Data & Documentation
Update inventory management software or ERP systems on a real-time basis.
Prepare and share detailed stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly) using Excel.
Properly document Goods Received Notes (GRNs), issue slips, and return records.
3. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth inventory flow.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or delays.
Support internal and external audit teams during stock inspections.
4. Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Track slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory and suggest corrective actions.
Support the digitalization and automation of warehouse operations.
5. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and material handling standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all storage areas.
