Job Description
I am looking for Store Keeper com Purchase for the Modular Furniture Factory, based on Hyderabad, Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary:18,000/- to 23,000/-
Qualification: B.Com. Degree or any other relevant
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels in ERP company adopted system.
- Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
- Request quotes and compare prices for maximum savings
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply
- Make POs and maintain a proper record of the same
- Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality
- Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
- Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies
- Work with team members, supervisors, and engineers to develop future purchasing plans
- Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested
- Maintain proper records of material received. Inward and outward register
- Coordinate with accounts department on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters
- Diploma or Degree
- 3 to 5 years of Store keeping in the Manufacturing unit
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Tally accounting software and ERP software
- Able to work well within a team
- Good communication skills
- Efficient in following up
- Time management
- Day shift
- total work: 2 years (Preferred)
