Job Description
- nventory management: Tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring timely deliveries
- Data entry: Adding data to daily inventory and creating reports
- Store maintenance: Keeping the store clean and organized, and maintaining materials in the proper location
- Staff management: Managing and training store staff, and planning promotional campaigns
- Sales: Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly
- Quality control: Checking the quality of deliveries
- Supplier relations: Meeting with sales representatives to order supplies
- Document management: Receiving and storing documents and confidential files, and maintaining records of approved document and confidential file destruction
- Damaged items: Shipping canceled and damaged items back to vendors
