JOB DESCRIPTION:

ROLE:

Storekeeper

LOCATION:

Lamdapura, Manjusar, Savli-391775

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Handover: Receive finished membrane rolls from the production line; verify quantity, batch numbers, and packaging quality. Organized Stacking: Ensure rolls are stacked vertically (as per industry standards for bitumen membranes) to avoid flattening or damage. Dispatch & Loading: Coordinate loading of trucks based on Sales Orders. Prepare necessary paperwork, including Delivery Challans, Invoices, and Gate Passes. Stock Reconciliation: Conduct daily physical stock counts to match system inventory. Return Management: Process customer returns, identifying if they are "saleable" or "rejected" and updating records accordingly.

QUALIFICATION:

Education: Graduate (Commerce/Science) or 10+2 with a Diploma in Warehouse Management. Experience: 2-5 years in a manufacturing unit, preferably in construction chemicals or plastics.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software. Knowledge of Safety Protocols for handling hazardous/flammable materials. Physical stamina to supervise loading/unloading in a factory environment. Ability to operate or supervise material handling equipment (forklifts, hydra cranes).

Local Candidates of Vadodara are highly preferable.
