The Store Keeper will be responsible for efficient management of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts related to water filter plant manufacturing. The role includes maintaining accurate stock records, proper storage, timely dispatch, and coordination with production and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain
proper arrangement and labeling
of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
Manage
inward and outward stock entries
(GRN, issue slips, delivery challans).
Ensure
accurate stock records
in registers or ERP systems.
Monitor
minimum stock levels
and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
Handle
dispatch and delivery coordination
with transporters and internal teams.
Conduct
regular physical stock verification
and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure
cleanliness, safety, and systematic storage
in the store area.
Support production and service teams by issuing required materials on time.
Maintain documentation related to inventory, delivery, and returns.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of
inventory management
and store operations.
Basic computer skills (Excel / ERP preferred).
Ability to manage
multiple items and part numbers
.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Experience
Experience in
manufacturing / industrial parts / plant equipment
industry preferred.
Knowledge of
water filter plant parts
will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
