We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage on-site inventory for our real estate projects. The Store Keeper will be responsible for tracking, storing, and managing construction materials, tools, and other supplies needed for ongoing projects. This role ensures that all materials are available on time and are properly organized for efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity, ensuring they meet project specifications before accepting deliveries.
Stock Organization: Organize materials and supplies in a neat and systematic manner, ensuring easy access and minimizing waste.
Ordering & Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for materials based on project requirements and current stock levels. Ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of material usage, stock levels, deliveries, and any discrepancies, and provide reports to the project manager or relevant team.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all materials are stored safely, following safety guidelines and regulations to minimize risks on-site.
Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Track the usage, condition, and maintenance needs of tools and equipment on-site. Ensure all tools are in working order and available for use when needed.
Coordination: Work closely with the construction team, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely availability of materials for all phases of construction.
Education : 12th Pass OR Graduate
Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
