Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Store Operations
Receive incoming materials, inspect quantities, and verify against purchase orders.
Record and maintain accurate inventory levels in registers / ERP system.
Organize and store materials in a systematic and safe manner.

Issue materials to production or other departments as per requisition slips.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum re-order points.
Ensure stock rotation (e.g., FIFO) to minimize obsolete or damaged items.

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock ledgers, and reports.
Quality HR
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper documentation for all inward/outward movements.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.
