Job Title:

Store Keeper cum Delivery Boy

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing store inventory, maintaining stock records, handling inward and outward materials, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods in Madurai to customers or branches based on needs The role requires coordination between store operations and delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:Store Keeping Duties:

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.

Perform daily stock counting and update inventory registers/software.

Arrange materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.

Ensure proper storage conditions and cleanliness of the store area.

Assist in preparing purchase requests when stock levels are low.

Verify received materials with purchase orders(quantity & quality check).

Issue materials to departments along with proper documentation.

Return from customers records.

Return to factory records.

Bill checking and Maintains.

Delivery Duties:

Deliver goods to customers, branches, or suppliers on time.

Handle delivery documentation such as delivery challans, invoices, and receipts.

Ensure safe handling and transport of goods with out damage.

Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness(if company-provided).

Collect payments or acknowledgements when required.

Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of storekeeping practices.

Ability to read invoices, challans, and stock records.

Good communication and time-management skills.

Ability to lift and move items(within safety limits).

Basic computer knowledge(Excel/inventory software preferred).

Valid driving license(two-wheeler/three-wheeler/ as per jobneed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
