Job Title: Store Keeper

About the Role

Chai Govindam is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Store Keeper to manage inventory, vendor payments, and ensure smooth stock operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor payment processes in a timely manner.

Conduct quality checks for all incoming items (kullads, vegetables, ingredients, savouries).

Monitor stock levels and ensure there are no shortages or overstocking.

Maintain cleanliness, proper storage, and safety of goods.

Work closely with the operations team for smooth daily functioning.

Record vendor payments and stock purchases in Tally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Manager, or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Excel (stock reports, order lists, vendor tracking).

Basic working knowledge of Tally for vendor payments and stock entries.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and staff.

Integrity and reliability in handling financial transactions and stock.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the F&B industry (cafes, restaurants, food outlets).

Knowledge of vendor management and local sourcing in Raipur.
