Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
Issue materials to departments based on approved requests.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items for easy access.
Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
Coordinate with procurement/purchase department for replenishment.
Keep proper documentation of goods received and issued (GRN, stock registers, etc.).
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
