Job Description

Weighing Vehicles:

Accurately weighing both incoming and outgoing vehicles using the weighbridge system.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining detailed and accurate logs of all weighing transactions.

Report Generation:

Generating weight certificates, receipts, and reports for management.

Equipment Maintenance:

Regularly inspecting the weighbridge for accuracy and functionality, reporting any issues.

Compliance:

Ensuring all weighing processes comply with regulations and company standards.

Communication:

Informing drivers about procedures and providing instructions for loading/unloading.

Safety:

Ensuring the safe operation of the weighbridge and surrounding areas, including proper vehicle positioning.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring the weight of materials entering and leaving the site to maintain accurate inventory records.
