The StoreKeeper is responsible for managing the organization's inventory, ensuring proper storage, accurate record-keeping, and timely issuance of materials. The role involves maintaining stock levels, preventing losses, and coordinating with departments for material requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers. Issue materials as per approved requisitions. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of items. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock. Conduct regular physical stock verification. Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area. Coordinate with vendors and departments regarding stock needs. Prepare inventory reports as required by management.
