What You'll Be Doing

Material Procurement (Bike is Mandatory)

Travel to suppliers and vendors to procure civil construction materials. Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality materials.

Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages. Update records accurately using inventory systems.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Build strong relationships with vendors for better pricing and priority service. Handle invoice follow-ups and manage timely deliveries.

Store Operations Management

Maintain an organized store setup. Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all materials.

Reporting & Monitoring

Generate regular reports on inventory status. Identify cost-saving opportunities and prevent material wastage.

What We're Looking For

?

Experience in Civil Material Store Management (Mandatory)

Only candidates with prior experience in managing civil construction materials will be considered.

?

Two-Wheeler with Valid License (Preferred)

This role requires regular travel for procurement purposes.

? At least 2 year of experience in store or inventory management
? Strong understanding of construction materials
? Proficient in MS Excel and basic inventory software
? Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills
? Responsible, detail-oriented and proactive
