Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries or menu choices.
Operate the system or cash register to process orders and payments
Provide correct change and issue receipts to customers.
Reconcile the cash drawer and total sales receipts at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
Receive, inspect, and document all incoming deliveries of food items, beverages, and supplies, verifying them against purchase orders and invoices.
Organize and store all items in an orderly, safe, and hygienic manner, adhering to food safety and health regulations.
Implement and maintain the "First In, First Out" (FIFO) stock rotation method to minimize waste and track expiration dates.
