Role: Store Keeper

Desired Skills and Qualification

:

Diploma / ITI / Graduate

(relevant field preferred) OR

Minimum

1-3 years

of experience as a

Store Keeper in site-based E&I projects

Good knowledge of

Electrical and Instrumentation materials, Tools Tackles,

and

Erection hardware

Key Responsibilities

Manage materials for

E&I project work

, including

Electrical, Instrumentation materials, Tools Tackles, Erection hardware, and accessories

Handle site store operations, ensuring proper

receipt, storage

, and

issuance of materials

Coordinate regularly with the

main store / central warehouse

for material requirements, transfers, and shortages Monitor

stock levels, track consumption,

and

report shortages

or

excess materials

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and material reports Support

material reconciliation

between physical stock and system records Maintain proper documentation for

Material Receipt Notes (MRN/ GRN),

Delivery Challans

, and issue slips Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss Assist in

tool and tackle management

, including tracking and return from site teams Communicate effectively with

site engineers, supervisors, and contractors

regarding material availability
