Location: Lulung Aranya Nivas - Simlipal, odisha

Compensation & Benefits:

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper. Must have complete knowledge of store software / Inventory Management System (IMS).
Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Stock Management:

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including receipts, issues, and balance. Regularly update stock in the store software and ensure reconciliation with physical stock. Monitor stock movement and generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Ensure par stock levels are maintained and initiate timely purchase requisitions.
2. Store Operations:

Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and properly storing all incoming goods. Ensure correct issuance of materials to various departments as per requirements. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store.
3. Software & Documentation:

Operate and maintain records in the store/inventory software with accuracy. Prepare purchase requisitions, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and other store documentation. Generate department-wise consumption reports and closing stock statements.
4. Compliance & Audit:

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). Facilitate internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
5. Team Coordination:

Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams for smooth flow of materials. Supervise and guide store helpers / assistants if any. Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly to management.
May have to get involved in purchases also

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of store procedures and documentation. Proficiency in store software / IMS and MS Office tools. Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.
