Key Responsibilities:

Material Receipt & Verification:

Receive materials at the site as per delivery challan and purchase order. Check quality, quantity, and specifications at the time of receipt. Coordinate with QA/QC for material inspection and approval.

Storage & Handling:

Ensure proper storage of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, and other site consumables. Safeguard material from theft, damage, or environmental exposure. Maintain site store layout for easy traceability and access.

Material Issuance:

Issue materials to installation/fabrication teams as per approved indent or job card. Maintain accurate issue records and update daily consumption logs.

Stock Management:

Keep real-time stock records (manual or digital). Conduct weekly/monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation. Monitor critical stock levels and raise alerts for reordering.

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with the central store/procurement team for material requirements. Inform project/site engineers about material shortages or surplus. Handle material returns and scrap disposal from the site.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure safety protocols while handling and storing glass, sealants, and sharp-edged aluminium sections. Maintain cleanliness and order in the site store area. Comply with site-specific protocols and maintain proper PPE while working.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

12th Pass / ITI / Diploma in Store or Material Management

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in construction/facade site stores

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of aluminium window/facade materials Knowledge of fasteners, silicon, tapes, and accessories used on-site

Software Skills:

MS Excel, WhatsApp for reporting, and familiarity with ERP is a plus

Soft Skills:

Honest and trustworthy Good coordination skills Basic knowledge of Hindi/English/local language for effective communication

Additional Requirements:

Should be willing to work at project site. Ability to handle pressure in fast-paced site environments. Must maintain proper documentation and physical records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
