Receive and verify incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories against PO and invoices.
Prepare GRN (Goods Received Note) and maintain inward records.
Check quantity, quality, and condition of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and Production teams for approvals.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of materials.
Follow FIFO and maintain accurate stock in system/ERP.
Support regular stock audits and reconciliations.
Report discrepancies or damages immediately.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in store area.
