Role Overview:

As a

Store Intern

, you will assist the store department in managing inventory, supporting procurement activities, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of materials. This internship offers exposure to real-world store management operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in receiving, inspecting, and tagging incoming raw materials and finished goods. Help maintain accurate inventory records using software or manual systems. Support daily stock updates, including inward and outward documentation. Coordinate with production and procurement teams for material flow. Assist in periodic stock audits and cycle counts. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the store area. Prepare and update reports as instructed by the store supervisor.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Undergraduate degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or any relevant UG degree - final year students may also apply).

Experience:

Fresher; no prior experience required. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management concepts is a plus. Good communication and organisational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Learn:

Fundamentals of store and inventory management. Practical exposure to ERP/Inventory software (if applicable). Cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing setup. Documentation and reporting processes.
