Job Description

Job Summary The Hub Store In-Charge is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations including inventory control, inward/outward material handling, and stock reporting. The role also involves administrative support on the hub floor, ensuring housekeeping, compliance, and smooth functioning of hub-level activities. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Store Management Monitor and update daily stock levels using Excel/ERP. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical vs. system inventory. Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock. Verify materials received against Purchase Orders (PO) for quantity, quality, and specifications. Ensure materials are handed over to respective departments as per requisition and approval. Maintain stock reports, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and other documentation. Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for issuing stock where applicable. Replenishment & Control Track minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests for replenishment. Coordinate with procurement/logistics teams for timely stock availability. Report and record damages, errors or discrepancies. Support internal/external audits and ensure zero variance between physical and system stock. Hub Admin Responsibilities Oversee administrative activities at the hub floor including supplies, stationery, and basic facility management. Ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards at the hub. Coordinate with vendors/service providers for admin-related requirements. Coordination & Reporting Provide daily/weekly inventory and admin updates to the Hub Manager. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability. Support operations by ensuring smooth store and admin functions at the hub. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of inventory and store management. Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting). Good administrative and people management skills. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Ability to multitask between store and hub admin activities. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Commerce/Logistics/Operations or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in store/inventory management (hub/warehouse experience preferred). Prior experience in handling admin activities is an added advantage. Knowledge of ERP/inventory management tools (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
