Key Responsibilities - Store In-Charge (Real Estate)
Oversee all store operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking construction materials (cement, steel, sand, aggregates, fittings, electrical items, etc.).
Maintain accurate stock registers (manual & digital) with daily updates on material in/out.
Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and ensure zero discrepancies.
Check incoming materials for quality, quantity, brand specification, and proper documentation (challan, invoice, PO).
Ensure safe storage of materials to prevent damage, wastage, and theft.
Monitor stock levels and prepare requisition to avoid shortage or overstock of critical materials.
Maintain proper documentation such as GRN, stock ledger, material issue slips, and vendor records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and readiness for internal/external audits.
Maintain housekeeping, safety, and organization inside the store/yard.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
