Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and supervision
Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards as per company guidelines
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and stock control
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively
Coordinate with the central operations team and report daily/weekly performance
Maintain cleanliness, store discipline, and brand standards
Train new staff and monitor staff performance
Job Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in QSR / Food & Beverage / Retail operations
Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage a team
Willingness to work in shifts
Qualification:
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
