Job Description

1. Good understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and service quality standards.

2. Proficient in using MS Excel, CRM/ticketing platforms, and basic project tracking tools.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.

5. Technically sound with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Other Requirements:

1. Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, dealers, field technicians, and internal teams.

2. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and manage service SLAs.

3. Candidate must know Regional Language, proficient in excel, must have valid driving license and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate with local dealers and service partners for prompt support and issue resolution.

2. Maintain detailed records of service activities, ticket status, and daily field reports.

3. Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams; manage service turnaround times (TATs).

4. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).

5. Escalate major issues or delays to the Regional Manager or central support team when necessary.

6. Assist in spare parts management and local inventory coordination.
