Key Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with local dealers and service partners for prompt support and issue resolution.
2. Maintain detailed records of service activities, ticket status, and daily field reports.
3. Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams; manage service turnaround times (TATs).
4. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
5. Escalate major issues or delays to the Regional Manager or central support team when necessary.
6. Assist in spare parts management and local inventory coordination.
