The Store In-charge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, and adherence to company standards. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
Supervise loading/unloading, stacking, and storage of FMCG products.
Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward goods (GRN, invoices, etc.).
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Train and manage store assistants and labor staff.
Report daily store activities and stock status to management.
Qualifications
Graduate .
1-2 years of experience in store management in FMCG or related sector.
Proficiency in inventory software.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of safety protocols and statutory compliance.
