Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Store Incharge

with at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, material handling, stock audits and ensuring timely availability of materials for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage receipt, storage and issue of raw materials, components, consumables and finished goods. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or manual systems. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure proper labeling, binning and stacking of materials to maintain store hygiene and safety. Coordinate with purchase, production and quality departments for material requirements and returns. Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Generate periodic reports on inventory status, stock movements and consumption. Implement and maintain 5S and other store management practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to inventory.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles. Hands-on experience with store management software or ERP systems. Familiarity with material handling equipment and storage best practices. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate. Certification in inventory or supply chain management (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
