We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage daily store operations, spare parts inventory, and stock records. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory using Excel, coordinating with sales and accounts teams, and ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of machines and spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update stock records of machines and spare parts using
Excel
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely
spare parts purchase
Handle
inward, outward, and stock verification
of machines and spares
Maintain proper
filing and documentation
of purchase and stock records
Coordinate with
sales team
for machine dispatch and requirements
Coordinate with
accounts team
for purchase entries, bills, and stock reconciliation
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all items in the store
Prepare regular
stock reports
and submit to management
Support service and installation teams with required spare parts
Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained to avoid shortages
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic to good knowledge of
MS Excel
Experience in
storekeeping / inventory management
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic understanding of purchase and billing processes
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
