We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Optical Store In-Charge / Sales Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and provide excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and assist them in selecting frames and lenses
Explain lens types, coatings, and offers clearly to customers
Handle billing, cash, and basic store records
Manage store opening and closing and overall cleanliness
Maintain stock, display, and coordinate with suppliers
Handle customer follow-ups and after-sales service
Achieve sales targets and improve walk-in conversions
Requirements:
Experience in optical store or retail sales preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Basic knowledge of lenses and frames (training will be provided)
Good communication in Tamil and English
Basic computer knowledge required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
