Store Incharge

Location: Sidhapudur, Coimbatore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and organized Store Incharge to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment

- Supervise store staff and provide excellent customer service

- Monitor sales performance and implement sales strategies

- Maintain store appearance and ensure a positive shopping environment

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

- Manage stock levels, orders, and inventory accuracy

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Retail Management or related field

- 2-5 years of experience in retail/store management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
