Job Title:

Stores Executive / Storekeeper

Department:

Stores/Inventory

Reporting To:

Stores In-charge / Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials Maintain inward & outward stock registers Issue materials as per approved requisitions Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials Maintain minimum stock levels and inform shortages Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments Prepare stock reports and assist in stock audits Ensure FIFO system and avoid material damage or loss Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area

Documentation & Systems

Update stock in registers / ERP / Excel Maintain delivery challans, GRN, and issue slips Support physical stock verification

Requirements

Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred) Ability to handle inventory accurately

Material Receiving & Inspection

Receive materials as per purchase order and delivery challan Check quantity, specification, and condition of materials Prepare GRN and coordinate with the Quality/Purchase team Segregate accepted and rejected materials Ensure proper stacking, binning, and labeling of materials Issue materials against approved material requisitions Maintain traceability of material movement Prevent damage, rusting, and deterioration

Documentation & Records

Maintain GRN, delivery challans, issue slips, return notes Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports Support internal & external audits Maintain vendor-wise and item-wise records

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts Provide stock status updates to planning & management Support production planning with timely material availability

Experience

1-5 years in Stores/Inventory (Manufacturing preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
