Role Overview: The Store In-Charge will be responsible for managing overall store operations, maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper material handling, and coordinating with various departments. The candidate must have strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and experience in store management. Key Responsibilities ? Maintainstockregisters and daily inventory records, Receive materials, verify quantity & quality, and update entries. ? Issuematerials to departments based on request and approval. ? Monitorminimumstocklevels and raise purchase requests when required. ? Ensureproperstorage, labeling, and arrangement of materials,Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits. ? Trackmaterialmovement(inward &outward) and maintain documentation. ? Coordinatewithsuppliers, purchase team, and production team. ? Maintaincleanliness and safety inside the store & Prevent material loss, damage, or mismatch. Required Skills ? Goodknowledgeofstoreoperations and inventory management. ? Abilityto useMSExcel, stock management software, or manual registers. ? Strongcommunication andcoordination skills and Attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to handle pressure and meet timelines. ? MusthaveknowledgeofQMS(QualityManagementSystem). Qualification ? Anydegreeordiploma(preferred) and Mandatory experience in Store Handling. ? ExperienceintheManufacturing Sector is a mus MOTHERSMEDICAPRIVATELIMITE
