Manage overall store/warehouse operations efficiently.
Supervise receiving, checking, and storing of fabrics, trims, and finished goods.
Ensure proper stock arrangement, labeling, and binning.
Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel/ERP.
Issue materials to production and track consumption/wastage.
Conduct daily, weekly & monthly stock counts and reconcile differences.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, and Dispatch teams.
Monitor picker/packer work and ensure timely order processing.
Handle returns, segregation, and stock updates.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
Manage a team of store helpers and assign daily tasks.
Ensure timely documentation -- GRN, stock reports, inward/outward entries.
