Key Responsibilities



Oversee

receipt, storage, and issue of fabrics, trims, and accessories

Maintain

accurate stock records

and update

daily inward/outward entries

Conduct

regular physical stock verification

and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with

merchandising, production, and purchase teams

for material requirements Ensure

FIFO system

(First In, First Out) is followed for all materials Keep

store clean, organized, and labeled

for easy identification Prepare

stock reports

and share updates with management periodically Manage

returns, rejects, and replacement items

properly

Requirements



3 to 7 years of experience

in

store management within the garment/apparel industry

Strong knowledge of

fabric, trims, accessories, and packing materials

Proficiency in

MS Excel / Google Sheets

for maintaining records Good coordination and communication skills Attention to detail and responsibility in handling materials
