Roles & Responsibilities - Store In-Charge (Saptingala)
Stock Management:
Monitor stock in and out daily and ensure accurate records are maintained manually and in Petpuja software
Update purchase bills regularly in the finance group and the Petpuja software for accurate data.
Cross-check stock availability and update records regularly.
Prepare stock lists at least 2 days in advance and share with the Manager.
Obtain quotations for required items from the particular vendor and coordinate purchases to be made in time.
Food Tasting & Quality Control:
Conduct food tasting once cooking is completed.
Ensure the Food Tasting Report (FTR) is properly documented on a daily basis.
He or she should be responsible for quality control for food and stocks.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Wear a head cap and maintain hygiene upon entering the store or kitchen.
Upload photos of cutting equipment and utensils after cooking to verify cleanliness.
Keep the store room neat, clean, and well-organized at all times.
Time & Task Management:
Be punctual and complete all assigned tasks on time.
Allocate specific time slots for daily tasks to avoid last-minute delays.
Prepare and arrange all items required for the next day's cooking in advance.
Coordination & Teamwork:
Assist and coordinate with other departments as required.
Ensure smooth communication between store, kitchen, and management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
