Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.

Inventory Management:

Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate stock replenishment to minimize losses.

Staff Supervision:

Manage and supervise store personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Supplier Coordination:

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage relationships with external departments.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory, and financial transactions, and prepare reports for management.

Compliance:

Ensure the store adheres to all health, safety, and security procedures and regulations.

Customer Service:

Handle customer complaints and queries, and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Merchandising:

Implement effective merchandising strategies to attract customers and drive sales.

Financial Oversight:

Manage cash handling and store finances, and contribute to achieving sales and financial goals.
